This is a U9/U10 Advanced Tournament player in conjunction with the U14/U18 Junior Champs event.
· U9 – will be played on a ¾ court with the orange-dot ball. Boys and girls will potentially play together in the same draw, dependent on the number of entries. Tournament format will be determined by the final number of entries, but players are guaranteed 3 matches.
· U10 – will be played on a full court with the Green-dot ball. Depending on the # of entries and player abilities, the tournament organizer may separate players into two or more pools or draws to ensure competitive balance. The competition format will be run similar to the U14 & U18 tournament with a regular feed-in draw.

o In-Town Players: 5PM Thursday
o Out-of-Town Players: 12:00pm Friday

Please note that players who compete in these events are typically moving toward a more competitive stream of play and already have match play experience. Players are eligible to play in their appropriate age category according to the following table:

· If there are insufficient entries in some event categories, the tournament director has a right to combine events.
· Consolations: Dependent on tournament format, which will be determined by the number of entries.
· Manual fee:
o Players who do not use the on-line registration system for tournament entries and Player Card purchases will be subject to a $10 administration fee.
· Late Entry Policy:
o Entries will be accepted up until the entry deadline. Late entries may be accepted provided the draw has not been completed. Late entries that are accepted will be subjected to a $25 late registration fee.
· Withdrawal policy:
o Before the draw has been made will not result in any loss of points.
o After the draw has been made (default) will result in an automatic loss of 20 points, while their opponent will gain 20 points.
o Three defaults within a 12 month period will result in a suspension from sanctioned tournaments for a period of three months. After this period of time the player will be reinstated with 50 less ranking points. (The 12 month period will be defined as 12 months after the first default).
· Refund Policy:
o Withdraw before registration deadline will result in a full refund minus a $5/event administration fee.
o Withdraw after registration deadline will result in refund of half of each events entry fee.
o Withdraw after draws have been posted will result in no refund (See withdrawal policy for default criteria).
· Scheduling Requests:
o Must be made prior to entry deadline. Requests will not be taken after the deadline.
